The easiest way to remember the important exercises for diabetes is to remember the acronym FAR - F is for flexibility. Please engage in stretches , yoga etc for good bone health and muscle tone. 'A" stands for aerobics, go ahead and perform aerobic exercises. It helps push the sugars down by moving it into the muscles. There are so many such exercises on the internet. Use them to your benefit.' 'R' stands for resistance training. You can use your own body for resistance training or you can use dumbbells etc.

Just make sure you remember to include FAR in your weekly training!! Good luck!!
