A two month program that includes 1 session a week in the first month, followed by fortnightly sessions for the next  month. Apart from the very first session which will be an hour long, all the remaining sessions will be for about 30 mins each. The main aim of this programme will be to move to a healthy lifestyle, where weight loss would be the by-product. All aspects of lifestyle modifications and ways to sustain habit changes will be discussed during the sessions.

A 3-month programme that includes 1 session every week in the first month, followed by fortnightly sessions for the next two months. The main aim of this programme will be to allow more variety in the meals of the person with diabetes , to bring their HbA1c levels under control in 3 months and to move them from a place of fear to a place of confidence. All aspects of life style and education about glycemic index of food etc and ways to sustain the habits shall be discussed during this period.

A 2-month programme that includes 4 weekly sessions in the first month, followed by fortnightly sessions for the next  months. Apart from the very first session which will be an hour long, all the remaining sessions will be for about 30 mins each. The main aim of this programme will be to move to a healthy lifestyle, where weight loss would be the by-product and educating the client about hormones and their functioning.

One-to-one sessions tailor-made to client needs and pain points, making small and consistent changes in their habits, which will transform their physical parameters towards a healthy lifestyle and mental health.

These sessions will be spread over three months, with constant tweaking and monitoring, till the client is comfortable with the changes and is ready to adapt to it as a lifestyle change. I will be covering many aspects of lifestyle - diet, exercise, sleep, stress management - along with targeted yoga asanas and different breathing practices.

Single session will target your pain point and guide you back to the path of wellness with some basic information on changes and exercise routines.
