First in Many many thanks Gayathriji 🙏🏻 for teaching me & creating my healthy sustainable lifestyle … In my first belief weight reduction is very difficult with having some health issues especially difficult to leave with restrictive diet for long … like me as foodee but Gayathriji you are exceptional & proved this wrong … you have made me understood the pillars of healthy life, chemistry behind these pillars & how these help us to built sustainable healthy life style without compromising with our foods of choice..
I would highly recommend Gayathriji, a great person with rich experience in health care, a perfect dietician who is making our journey of healthy lifestyle more enjoyable and sustainable.

I call Gayathri my birthday gift to myself...She has been a blessing, sharing her vast knowledge and positivity, helping me identify what I was doing wrong. She has helped me make diet/lifestyle changes that I would otherwise not have thought of, and I was able to see the benefits in just a couple of months!
The good part is the changes she suggest are all doable and her program doesn't make one feel demotivated. Thank you for starting me on this journey.

I started the wellness program with Gayathri in Oct 2022 and completed it in Jan 2023. I loved the program for couple of reasons - first Gayathri has an ability to break things down to the simplest form possible. You realize how simple things are for a healthy living and that you just end up making them so complicated. Her concepts on making sure the food timing was right , about being mindful of what you eat, exercising multiple times a week makes you realize how important it is be aware and respect your body. Her program takes a holistic approach of wellness that covers both mind, body, exercise, eating habits and that is what I really liked about her program. Usually a lot of programs will only focus on one area but taking this holistic approach helps in approaching the problem as a whole. The other aspect of her program is approaching eating with awareness and breaking down to the simple concept of eating on time, making sure you eat a balanced meal is something that will fix more than half of your problems . The discipline of keeping a food log and what I eat made me cognizant of the choices I was making and that made a huge difference. At the beginning of the program I was tired, irritated and not feeling great in general mentally and physically. After I completed the program I felt healthy, got a lot of compliments on how I looked but more importantly I felt good and felt a lot less tired and had developed habits that took a healthier approach to my mind and body. I was definitely more aware of what I was eating and made sure I exercised multiple times a week. Gayathri has a gentle approach towards her clients and is able to customize the program to her clients needs. She has a way with food where you don’t feel restricted and that is one of the best things I found about her programs. She understands the food I eat and can find creative ways to make it healthy and tasty. All in all I will definitely go back and do the program again. After going through the program last three months I feel healthy mentally and physically. Thank you Gayathri for taking me through this important journey that was much needed during this time.

Gayatri taught me during our sessions that leading a healthy lifestyle is a journey rather than a goal. Her encouragement and happy outlook are contagious throughout the sessions. Program may or may not assist you in losing weight, but it will unquestionably enhance your quality of life, eating habits, physical activity, sleep patterns, and stress management. My blood parameters, such as uric acid and blood fasting, which had begun to raise concerns, improved. I also lost a few kilogrammes and noticed an increase in my confidence. I could go on and on about how encouraging she is, how she keeps track of different charts, sends me regular meaningful messages, recommends books to keep me on track, and even helps me get back on track. I send her my best wishes as she works to create a world that is healthier and happier.

Gayathri means motivational and in house nutritionist and dietician .She is superb and and exceptionally good in helping one to maintain and in fact reduce weight and all the health parameters, gives tips and tricks all just from our simple kitchen. She allows to eat everything ,no restrictions but yes at the right time and right quantity.
She is a booster and gives so much confidence by pushing and saying yes we can do it by giving her own examples be it stress management ,exercise , maintaining food log etc.

I highly recommend her to all those who are unfit but yet want to be healthy but cannot do it on their own,

Gayathri is "just keep moving" can be her tag line .

The sessions with Gayathri started when I was 120 kgs with lower backpain and high values in lipid.The steps towards changing the lifestyle was pretty simple and efficient. There was no major reduction in the existing diet but concentrated more on meal timings and a little bit of exercise. The results were amazing and I have reached 98. 8kgs in a span of 4 months. The weight reduction has helped me in reversing the lipid values to normal ranges. More than the weight reduction I was delighted to experience the positive energy levels and confidence. In my work place I became a true demonstrater of the magic of life style change. Thank you for your amazing support and timely guidance.

The most significant change I have made in my life is not making my goal of weight loss but instead creating a sustainable lifestyle I can stick to, and I have Gayathri to thank for the majority of it. She has made me understand that proper circadian rhythm, sustainability, and consuming everything in moderation are the pillars of a better, healthier lifestyle. At first, I reduced my intake of medicine for diabetes, and eventually stopped it altogether! It is an astonishing change that Gayathri has greatly aided me with. I hope to continue following her amazing advice and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I was suffering from gas, bloating and gut related issues when I joined Gayathri mam.

She helped me understand my system and my condition better so as to understand the intervention better.

In our time together, we went through how I could improve my lifestyle to help me solve my gut issues too.

Standing on the other side of the program I feel a lot more better in terms of my gut issues and also feel empowered with the knowledge I have received from her.

I have been suffering from bad gut health for a very long time and I am more than happy to say my gut is completely ok now. The effort she put in for each session was really commendable. "A dietician and a friend what more can I say". She made me understand that a good lifestyle is not a one-time goal to achieve it’s a long journey.
The nutrition and lifestyle sessions has been very helpful in making me aware and accountable for eating healthy foods, exercising daily, sleep and stress management by her 4 pillars😉. I liked the process of systematically tracking the clients progress through food logs and her frequent reminder keeps one motivated all the time.
Apart from diet, learned discipline and punctuality and time management from her which helps in overall lifestyle change.
Highly recommended to those who need to adopt a healthy life style.

Highly recommend to consult Gayathri. If you are looking for lifestyle management, weight loss or diabetes control, do consult her. I have consultanted her and its working. I am not taking any supplements. I am eating what i eat everyday. Also no crash diets. Eating full stomach. This is my personal review. Results are positive. But it requires self dedication and patience.
